Dr. Amy M. Gentner, DDS, FAGD

Dr. Amy Gentner knew she wanted to be a dentist in eighth grade — not just to fix teeth, but to care for the whole person through oral health. From working as a dental assistant in high school to graduating with top honors from Albion College and the University of Michigan School of Dentistry, her passion and dedication have shaped every step of her journey.

Today, she leads Gentner Family Dentistry with a patient-centered approach focused on complete health, comfort, and function. Known for her leadership, clinical excellence, and commitment to advanced technology, Dr. Gentner also serves the dental community through coaching, speaking, and mentoring.

Maggie

Office Manager / Financial Specialist

With over a decade in dentistry and over five years at Graceful Dental Innovations, Maggie brings energy, experience, and heart to the team. Her role involves handling nearly everything non-clinical, with a particular knack for keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. She’s passionate about people, fueled by coffee, and always ready with support and a smile.

Treatment Coordinator / Complete Dentistry Specialist

For nearly five years, Russelle has been an integral part of coordinating complex treatment plans and working closely with specialists to support our patients’ care. She’s known for her honesty, loyalty, and a down-to-earth presence that helps patients feel truly understood. Her journey into dentistry was unexpected, but she credits a greater plan for leading her right to Graceful Dental Innovations—and she’s never looked back.

With a strong background in administrative work and a passion for health-focused care, our Graceful Care Coordinator brings warmth, organization, and a welcoming smile to every patient interaction. While new to dental-specific roles, she’s embraced the training at GDI as an opportunity to grow not only professionally but personally—especially in the way she communicates and serves others.

With over 23 years in dental hygiene, Susie officially joined the Graceful Dental Innovations team in 2023 after working part-time here for nearly two decades. She’s passionate about helping patients improve their oral and overall health through education, screenings, and preventative care. Known for her grit, heart, and a little bit of feistiness, Susie values the connection she builds with each patient and teammate.

Lisa has been helping patients smile for over 16 years. A graduate of LCC, she finds joy in restoring confidence through oral health, building long-term relationships, and solving the unique “puzzle” each patient presents. For Lisa, hygiene is both a passion and a mentally stimulating craft.

With 4 years of experience and nearly 3 years at Graceful Dental Innovations, Tori thrives in a fast-paced environment where she assists in procedures and supports clinical care with precision and heart. The designated “Crown Queen”, she loves designing and tailoring the crowns for the best fit and esthetic. She loves customizing care to match each patient and finds joy in helping them feel at ease during treatment. GFD has helped her grow in confidence and deepen her understanding of patient care.
