Why We Don’t Let Insurance Limit Your Health
Dental insurance can help reduce costs—but it wasn’t designed for complex care. Most plans were created decades ago and cover only the basics: hygiene, exams, and occasional fillings. These plans are designed around minimums—minimal coverage, minimal options, and minimal time. These plans weren’t built for complex, comprehensive care. They weren’t built for people who want lasting solutions, precision-focused treatment, or a dentist who considers the long-term impact of every decision.
If you’re seeking TMD treatment (care for jaw joint dysfunction), addressing bite imbalances (issues with how your teeth fit together), or managing sleep-disordered breathing with oral appliances, insurance alone won’t get you there. And it certainly doesn’t support esthetic dental care to improve smiles. In fact, it will often not even cover advanced diagnostics like 3D CBCT imaging (cone beam scans that reveal detailed jaw, airway, and sinus structures) that are becoming standard of care.
At our office, we don’t let those outdated systems limit your health. We make recommendations based on your anatomy, goals, and long-term wellness—not on what an insurance code will cover. We believe your oral health is far too important to be boxed in by outdated policies and reimbursement rules.

mouth. Nothing we do is driven by insurance coverage limits. It’s driven by what will give you the healthiest, most stable outcome.
We Still Bill Insurance, But Our Loyalty Is to You
While we are an independent provider with most dental insurance plans, we do bill all dental insurance on your behalf. Our team provides detailed documentation and submits claims on your behalf, so you can still take advantage of your coverage where applicable. That means you can still use your benefits, and we’ll help streamline that process for you.
What we don’t do is change our recommendations to meet insurance criteria. Your treatment timeline, diagnostic testing, and preventive care will always reflect what is best for you.
