Payment Options & Insurance
At Graceful Dental Innovations, we don’t let insurance companies dictate your care.
While we are out-of-network with all dental insurance providers except Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, many of our services may still qualify for reimbursement through your plan.
As a courtesy, our team will verify your dental benefits and submit insurance claims on your behalf. Reimbursements may be sent directly to you or to our office, depending on your plan’s payment structure. While we’re happy to assist you in maximizing your benefits and answering any billing questions, please note that we cannot guarantee coverage or reimbursement amounts.
Flexible Options for Uninsured Patients
We believe everyone deserves access to exceptional dental care. If you do not have dental insurance—or your plan does not cover your needed treatment—we offer several flexible solutions:
- The Graceful Wellness Club
Our in-house membership plan offers preventive care and discounts on additional services for a one-time registration fee and simple monthly payments—no insurance required. - CareCredit Financing
Qualified patients may apply for third-party financing with flexible monthly plans to make dental care more affordable.
Financial Policy
Many patients avoid visiting the dentist due to fear, anxiety, or financial concerns. At Graceful Dental Innovations, we strive to make your experience as easy and stress-free as possible—including when it comes to understanding your payment options.
Insurance & Coverage
We are out-of-network with all dental insurance providers except Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan. However, many of our services may still qualify for reimbursement. As a courtesy, we will submit insurance claims on your behalf. Please keep in mind:
- Your insurance is a contract between you and your provider.
- You are responsible for any balance not covered by insurance.
- We can provide pre-treatment estimates upon request.
- If your insurance has not paid within 60 days, the full balance becomes your responsibility.
Payment Options
Payment is due at the time of service. If insurance applies, estimated co-pays and deductibles are collected during your visit. We accept:
- Cash, Check, and Major Credit Cards
- CareCredit – Flexible financing for qualified applicants
- Graceful Wellness Club – Our in-house membership plan for patients without insurance, offering preventive care and discounts for a simple monthly fee
Missed Appointments
Please provide at least 2 business days’ notice for any schedule changes. After three missed appointments without notice in an 18-month period, patients may be dismissed from the practice.
Treatment of Minors
A parent or legal guardian must accompany minors at their first visit and is financially responsible for all treatment provided.
